The Ohio Valley Management Group prides itself on quality affordable family fun close to home and are very excited to announce the ‘Kids Crew Chief of the Night’ program at Ohio Valley Speedway. The ‘Kids Crew Chief of the Night’ will bring a new level of excitement and interaction for the next generation of race fans attending the races all summer long.
Every week, a ‘Kids Crew Chief of the Night’ will be chosen and honored throughout the night with many cool perks and memories of his/her night at the Ohio Valley Speedway.
What’s it take to be an honorary Kids Crew Chief of the Week? Be a kid, love having fun, love dirt track racing and is a regular attendee of Ohio Valley Speedway!
The Kids Crew Chief of the Week will receive these awesome benefits:
- Mom and Dad Get in Free!
- Be introduced as the ‘Kids Crew Chief of the Night’
- Free Hotdog, Drink, Candy Bar & Popcorn from Concession stand!
- Trophy Kid for the Event!
- 8x10 Photo of Crew Chief in Victory Lane! Pickup following week.

Please email your nomination to Dan @ danpatterson1173@gmail.com. Track staff will select a ‘Kids Crew Chief’ for each night and will contact the selection via email in advance of special night. If you're a business who would like to sponsor our Kids Crew Chief of the Night program and help us make it even bigger, please contact the speedway office at 304-771-5661.
During the year, the Ohio Valley Speedway has several special events geared toward the youth including: Candy Toss, Monster Truck Show, Gold Rush, Fireworks, Bike Giveaway, Christmas in July, Backpack Giveaway, Freaky Fast Friday the 13th/ Halloween themed Night, and Kids Eat Free Night. We hope to see you often at the ‘Valley’ as we celebrate 63 years of short track racing…..it’s an awesome way to spend a Friday Night all summer long!
