Ohio Valley Speedway Succumbs to Mother Nature for 2nd Week in a Row; Pete Smith Memorial Up Next
With thunderstorms and Flood Watch in the area, forecasted heavy rain throughout the day and night, Ohio Valley Speedway management has made the difficult decision to pull the plug on the Friday Night, August 5th Kids Night of Wheels. The Bike Giveaway and Sportmod WV/Ohio Borderwar show has been rescheduled to Friday, August 19th as part of the FASTER PASTOR Race.
The Valley will return next Friday Night, Aug. 12th for the biggest sprint car race of the season as the 2nd Annual Pete Smith Memorial will take to the track featuring the OVSCA Sprint Cars and a purse/bonuses totaling over $20,000!
