MIDWEST THUNDER MIDGETS INVADE THE VALLEY
A Historic jam packed night of racing on tap this Friday night at the Valley. We will welcome in the USAC Midwest Thunder Midgets for the first time in the storied history of Ohio Valley Speedway. The USAC Thunder Midgets will bring in talent such as 2023 champion Zach Wigal, Bryce Massingal, JB Boxel, Chet Gerke, Josh Yenser, Cole Morgan, Michael Magic, and 72 year old Jim Jones from Ventura California, plus more. "We are amped up to bring something new and exciting to the racing program this week," stated track promoter Rich Michael Jr. We hope the fans will enjoy the show.
Friday, we will also see a very special memorial race for the Mike's Auto Body WRA Mini Wedges as they will honor Makayla Horner under the Friday night lights of Ohio Valley Speedway.
August 9th, kids will have a chance to win a backpack for back to school along with a GOLD RUSH as well!
Gates will open at 4pm, General admission is $20. Kids ages six to ten $5. Kids ages five and under free. Pit admission will be $40. Kids ages five and under free.
